Where we ship

United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Free shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes about 8 days from the day you order. We will email tracking as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Orders may arrive in separate parcels

Mats, litter bags and scoops ship from different locations. If you order more than one type of item, they will arrive separately and may come on different days, each with its own tracking number. One order, more than one delivery — nothing has gone wrong.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and holiday periods can extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, email us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details.
