Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for 30 days from the day your order arrives.

If it arrives damaged or defective

Email us at eroche2024@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will refund or replace it, and you will not need to ship it back. Return freight on a large mat costs more than the mat, so we would rather just make it right.

If you changed your mind

Items must be unused and in the condition you received them. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Orders that arrive in more than one parcel

Mats, bags and scoops ship from different locations, so a single order may arrive as separate parcels on different days. If part of your order has not arrived within 14 days, email us.
